Voyager Self Booking Tool (SBT) - Serko

About Serko

Voyager Travel Corporationhas an Internet-based, online booking tool called Serko for self-booking of travel that is available to all Monash staff. Monash travellers are encouraged to direct all domestic bookings via a self-booking tool.

Initially, Serko will be set up in Monash for domestic and Trans-Tasman bookings only. All international bookings will continue to be made by telephone or e-mail to the Voyager Service team.

Advantages of using Serko

• Able to book online (Internet) Air (Qantas, JetStar, Virgin Blue) Hotels Car Rental
• All in one system - "one stop shop"!
• Traveller profile automatically picked up and transferred to booking -F/F numbers, seating & meal preferences Credit card details (secure)
• Travel bookers can book for other travellers (delegated rights)
• Able to build favourites & templates for common / repeat trips

Access to Serko

Serko self-booking is available to all Monash staff who have an active user account and traveller profile with Voyager. Voyager issue unique User-IDs and passwords for access to the Serko.
