HRG Self Booking Tool (SBT) - ResX
About ResX
HRG Australia has an Internet-based,
online booking tool (ResX) for self-booking of travel that is available
to all Monash staff. Monash travellers are encouraged to direct all
domestic bookings via ResX.
Initially, ResX
will be set up in Monash for domestic bookings only
. All international bookings will continue to be made by telephone
or e-mail to the
HRG
Service team . It is planned that some simple point-to-point
international bookings will be possible via ResX in 2006.

- Traveller profile automatically picked up and transferred
to booking -F/F numbers, seating & meal preferences

bookers can book for other travellers (delegated rights)
- Able to build favourites & templates
- Links to GDM

Access to ResX
ResX self-booking is available to
all Monash staff who have activated their traveller profile. To access
ResX you use the same username (email address) and password you used
to set up your profile in ResX.

Please note:
It is not compulsory to use ResX but its use does speed up the booking
experience for you. Should you prefer to have a HRG consultant assist you
in your domestic booking, this service is still available. Please
direct all consultant assisted domestic bookings to the
HRG
consultants.
